Today, on International Day of Persons with Disabilities, I reflect on what this day truly means — both personally and professionally. As a mom to my son Emmett, who lives with complex medical needs, and as someone navigating non-apparent disabilities resulting from my cancer treatment, disability inclusion isn't just a workplace initiative — it's my lived experience. This year's theme, "Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress," resonates deeply with the work we're doing at Parexel. I'm incredibly proud that our organization continues to lead by example: ✅ Our CEO has signed the Disability:IN CEO Letter, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and equity at the highest level. Thank you Peyton Howell. 🏆 Parexel earned a 90 on the Disability Equality Index® for the second consecutive year, recognizing us as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion across the U.S., U.K., and Germany 🌟 Our ParAbility Business Resource Group continues to drive awareness, education, and bias elimination initiatives.
